This beautiful handmade Portuguese cork bracelet is made to measure and has a silver plated Zamak Magnetic Clasp.
It is available in any size and other colours which are displayed in other photos. Just message me your requirements.
The bracelet is about 12mm wide and the cork is PETA Approved so is Vegan as are all other materials. The slider bead is in an Antique finish. All metals are nickel, lead and cadmium free.
Cork comes from the cork oak and is renewable as it doesn’t involve cutting the tree down, just harvesting the thick bark off the tree. Since the wine industry uses less and less cork, the trees bark needs to be managed for the health of the tree.
Zamak is zinc which has been heated to a very high temperature which gets rid of all the impurities, this makes it hypoallergenic. I wanted to be sure of this fact so I tested it on a friend who can only wear silver or gold. She had no reaction to it whatsoever and is still wearing it.
